Hi, I’m Matt

For many years I’ve been studying the mind and the science of happiness. It’s been a journey that’s taken me into schools, prisons and of course the therapy room, observing how our brains really work and how it can sometimes seem like they don’t want us to be happy. I’ve studied the best in western psychology and neuroscience combined with an in-depth and practical education in mindfulness, meditation and somatic therapy.

This led me to develop a system of therapy that gets to the heart of the problem, allowing clients to develop a better understanding of their lives, thoughts and emotions. Through this new-found awareness can come real, long term, positive change and a better sense of Self. If you feel you’re struggling for whatever reason, I’d really like to help.

“By far the best therapy I’ve ever had”

I was referred to Matt at an extremely low point in my life full of anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. I’m nearly 40 and have suffered with depression and anxiety my whole life, I’ve had numerous different types of counselling and therapies, but nothing ever really worked. Matt really helped me to understand my emotions and anxieties using meditation, talking, and listening and he has made such a massive difference to my life. I’ve continued to meditate twice a day since our sessions began and can really notice a difference in how I view myself, my anxiety is the lowest it’s ever been, and I no longer wake up wishing I wasn’t here. In the future I’m hoping I won’t need any more therapy but if I do, I would definitely go back to. Matt, he’s so friendly, welcoming and just puts you at ease. By far the best therapy I’ve ever had.
