Hi, I’m Matt
For many years I’ve been studying the mind and the science of happiness. It’s been a journey that’s taken me into schools, prisons and of course the therapy room, observing how our brains really work and how it can sometimes seem like they don’t want us to be happy. I’ve studied the best in western psychology and neuroscience combined with an in-depth and practical education in mindfulness, meditation and somatic therapy.
This led me to develop a system of therapy that gets to the heart of the problem, allowing clients to develop a better understanding of their lives, thoughts and emotions. Through this new-found awareness can come real, long term, positive change and a better sense of Self. If you feel you’re struggling for whatever reason, I’d really like to help.
