Client privacy and confidentiality are of the upmost importance to me.

I undertake to keep any information provided by you, whether written, in electronic form, or verbal strictly private and confidential. Any written information provided by you and any notes I may make during therapy sessions will be stored securely. Any electronic information will also be stored securely with password protection.

1. Because I collect and store personal information/data, I am required to be registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO)

2. I am under a legal obligation to:

  • Inform appropriate agencies if I believe a client may be in danger to himself/herself or a danger to others.
  • Provide information if I am instructed to do so by a court order or by law.
  • Provide information if instructed to by the relevant authorities in order to detect, prevent or prosecute a crime.
